I set myself a challenge
I really enjoy working out and doing fitness and it has been part of my weekly routine for years. I was starting to get bored and a bit complacent, I didn’t know if I was doing my exercise effectively. Bootcamp was the perfect challenge to push my fitness to the max and get those results I’d been trying to get on my own. Petra is fantastic at teaching & motivating you whilst on Bootcamp so much so that I am now doing my 2nd Bootcamp-6:30am-7:00am I never though I’d see the day! Thanks for all your help Petra.
