Ninja Bootcamp

Do you have what it takes to become one of our outstanding female ninjas? We have developed the seven stages of fitness for you to tackle alongside other women who are on the same inspirational journey as you.

We believe in working hard, and you will train hard with us at Bootcamp. We have developed a brilliant seven-stage fitness regime designed to deliver brilliant results for females who are ready for the challenge.

We understand just how far to push to get the best results so there is no reason to fear not being able to “keep up” or feeling like the last one in the group. Our camps are filled with a variety of women, all who are working to different personal and targeted goals.

Taster Sessions
