Before joining inspirational _fitness and health my health was atrocious! After being diagnosed with an immune system disease and suffering with my joints and muscles my fitness levels deteriorated. I never really left the house and had no motivation whatsoever.
My main reservations were if I would fit in, was I going to be surrounded by athletes, people that would look down at me as I was so unfit, was I going to look like a complete idiot for even trying to attempt to the fitness sessions.
The best thing so far has to be how friendly everyone is, Petra has been amazing and thoroughly understanding. It Isn’t just a fitness class, it’s fun and social, I’m feeling the benefits already, I can do so much more than before I started, and I’ve learnt I’m just as able as anyone else to exercise and look after my health.
Any one can do it, I feel completely different than I did 2 months ago. I never would of even looked at doing something like this, but it’s the best thing I thing I’ve ever done!
My best personal result has to be losing 98 cms of fat it just 2months, I’ve also met some really nice people I am still at the beginning of my journey but am determined to go the distance.
